Quality Assurance in Security webinar
This webinar is for centre who currently deliver, or are considering delivering the Highfield suite of SIA License to Practice security qualifications.
It is designed to provide support and clarification around the Highfield quality assurance processes and help our centres to respond to quality assurance requests quickly, efficiently and enable them to remain compliant with regulatory requirements.
Our security EQS team will take you through the reasons for quality assurance checks, the administrative requirements and how to use the Highfield portal to meet quality assurance requirements. Additionally, we will provide attendees with access to FAQs, a range of support templates, and the opportunity to ask questions of our expert team.
Specific areas included within this webinar will be:
• What centres need to provide during quality assurance activities.
• Where to locate support on the Highfield system
• A walkthrough of the Highfield portal
• An overview of venue approvals
• How to efficiently manage data
• Clarification around the requirement for visually recording the assessment of practical training.
This webinar is a must for Highfield security centres. As well as generating CPD certificates for attendees, it will assist in making the process seamless, and clarifying how complying with quality assurance requests can be done quickly, efficiently and with the minimum of fuss, whilst enabling centres to remain compliant at all times.
This webinar will run for 90 minutes, including time for a Q&A.
