Our Education and Training events are open to centres currently delivering the Highfield Level 3 Award in Education and Training (RQF) and the Highfield Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training (RQF), as well as those who are considering delivering these qualifications.

These events are also ideal for those Highfield centres that have previously delivered PTLLS and would like to know the differences between the previous suite of teaching and training qualifications (PTLLS/CTLLS) and the new level 3 and level 4 education and training qualifications.

You’ll have the opportunity to ask our experts any questions you may have, as well as providing networking opportunities with other professionals in your area. Lunch and refreshments will be provided throughout the day.

Our Education and Training events cover a wide range of topics, including:  

  • qualification content and delivery methods
  • tutor, assessor and IQA requirements
  • the difference between delivering the learning and development units and non-learning and development units
  • the education and training foundation and professional standards for teachers
  • our centre approval process and next steps to gain centre approval.

Registration with refreshments will takes place from 09:00 with the session starting at 09:30. We estimate a finish time of approximately 16:00.

Attendance at this event will entitle you to 6 CPD points.

For quality and monitoring purposes, we currently record all CPD events.

It is an absolute pleasure to run events for our customers and there is nothing we like more than to meet up with you on these days. However, we need to maximise attendance and therefore have to charge for late cancellation and non-attendance.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

1. Please send cancellation details to We request that delegates inform us of cancellations as soon as possible so that we can attempt to reallocate the place to a person on our waiting list.

2. If you notify us of your cancellation more than 2 weeks prior to the event then we will provide a full refund or transfer your booking to an alternative Highfield event.

3. If you notify us of your cancellation less than 2 weeks prior to the event then the full cost will be payable.

4. Where you have booked a place at an event and do not attend then the full event cost will be payable.
