On 21 February at 11:00 GMT, Karl will be delivering a 45-minute presentation based around emotional intelligence, empathy, mindset, reframing and will be looking at the ‘Wheel of Work Fulfilment’ to ensure you’re getting the most out of your happiness at work.

As well as being a successful mindset coach, Karl will be bringing in his knowledge from his days in the security sector as a doorman and will be debunking myths on conflict management.

Whether you're a team leader, HR professional, or an individual looking to enhance your conflict resolution skills, this webinar will equip you with the knowledge and confidence to navigate conflicts effectively, fostering a more harmonious and productive work environment.

After the presentation has been delivered, there will be 45-minutes available for you to ask any questions you may have live to our speaker.
