Our Highfield Regulated First-Aid Qualification Assessor and IQA Training events will explore a range of topics including internal quality assurance and the assessment of Highfield's suite of first-aid qualifications.

These events give you the opportunity to ask our experts any questions you may have, as well as providing networking opportunities with other professionals in your area. Lunch and refreshments will be provided throughout the day.

These events cover information on Highfield’s entire first-aid provision including:  

  • Highfield Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF)
  • Highfield Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (RQF)
  • Highfield Award in Emergency First Aid at Work at SCQF Level 5
  • Highfield Award in First Aid at Work at SCQF Level 6
  • Highfield Level 3 Award in Paediatric First Aid (RQF)
  • Highfield Level 3 Award in Emergency Paediatric First Aid (RQF)
  • Highfield Level 2 Award in Basic Life Support and Safe Use of an Automated External Defibrillator (RQF)
  • HABC Level 3 Award in First Aid Response. 

Further information on supporting materials from Highfield International will also be covered.

Registration with refreshments will takes place from 09:00 with the session starting at 09:30. We estimate a finish time of approximately 16:30.

Attendance at this event will entitle you to 6 CPD points.

For quality and monitoring purposes, we currently record all CPD events. 

Important note: our Highfield Regulated First-Aid Qualification Assessor and IQA Training events follow the guidance issued by Skills For Health and act as formal first-aid CPD training, as opposed to previous first-aid orientation sessions, which were designed to introduce current and prospective first-aid centres to Highfield paperwork.

It is an absolute pleasure to run events for our customers and there is nothing we like more than to meet up with you on these days. However, we need to maximise attendance and therefore have to charge for late cancellation and non-attendance.

Our cancellation policy is as follows: 

1. Please send cancellation details to events@highfield.co.uk. We request that delegates inform us of cancellations as soon as possible so that we can attempt to reallocate the place to a person on our waiting list. 

2. If you notify us of your cancellation more than 2 weeks prior to the event then we will provide a full refund or transfer your booking to an alternative Highfield event. 

3. If you notify us of your cancellation less than 2 weeks prior to the event then the full cost will be payable. 

4. Where you have booked a place at an event and do not attend then the full event cost will be payable.
