The recent changes to licensing laws in Scotland have been well publicised and heavily debated, but it has not always been clear what the changes meant for trainers and learners.
At this CPD event we’ll bring a genuine expert in licensing, Janet Hood, who will provide an update on the recent changes to Scottish licensing law.
The event will clarify and update the specific requirements for both trainers and learners as well as provide an update on the industry in general.
Highfield's Licensing and Compliance Manager, Andy Constantine, will provide a brief overview of the support that Highfield can offer when it comes to delivering SCPLH qualifications and training.
It is an absolute pleasure to run events for our customers and there is nothing we like more than to meet up with you on these days. However, we need to maximise attendance and therefore have to charge for late cancellation and non-attendance.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
1. Please send cancellation details to events@highfieldabc.com. We request that delegates inform us of cancellations as soon as possible so that we can attempt to reallocate the place to a person on our waiting list.
2. If you notify us of your cancellation more than 2 weeks prior to the event then we will provide a full refund or transfer your booking to an alternative Highfield event.
3. If you notify us of your cancellation less than 2 weeks prior to the event then the full cost will be payable.
4. Where you have booked a place at an event and do not attend then the full event cost will be payable.
