Changes to Retail Team Leader Assessment Plan Webinar


This 1-hour webinar is designed to support centres delivering the Retail Team Leader EPA standard with the updates and changes associated with the AP02 assessment plan. 

Topics covered in this webinar will include:

• introduction to the new assessment plan

• overview of the differences between AP01 and AP02 

• guidance available within the AP02 EPA kit

• professional discussion criteria 

• knowledge, skills and behaviour

• which assessment plan should apprentices work towards?


 There will also be an opportunity to ask our expert delivering the webinar any questions you might have.

 This webinar is free to attend.
