Security Quality Assurance Support Webinar
At Highfield, we are continually striving to provide the highest standards of service. We are putting this session together to provide additional information, advice and guidance around the quality assurance questionnaire process for centres delivering courses in the security sector.
Delivered by our EQS Team here at Highfield and these areas include?how and where to locate the questionnaire on the Highfield Central portal and specific areas of regulation in the security sector where further guidance would be useful. The webinar will cover the following topics:
• what to correctly provide for quality assurance sampling in relation to learner ID
• initial assessments
• risk assessments
• pre course safety information for learners
• visual recordings of the practical assessments
As always, there will be plenty of time for you to ask any questions you may have during the broadcast.
