‘HACCP, is it really that easy?’
A favourite phrase of Teri Gardiner, Director of Food Safety Consulting Ltd, is 'Effective Actions, Success is Yours.' But what does this mean for food businesses in terms of food safety?
Find out on Tuesday 18 July, 10:00-11:30 BST, during our next Improving Food Safety webinar when Teri will deliver her presentation ‘HACCP, is it really that easy?’
During the presentation, Teri will map out her streamlined road to robust food safety that is not only swift but cost-effective. She’ll share essential knowledge and expertise she’s garnered over the years in order to navigate the landscape of food safety, including risk assessing, records, planning, implementation, maintenance and more.
Teri will also be sharing with us some stories from her own experiences of when food businesses failed to take the right actions and what lessons can be learned from their mistakes.
Following the presentation there will be a short break followed by a live Q&A conducted by the Improving Food Safety webinar series host, Sterling Crew (President of the Institute of Food Science and Technology).
Attending live will entitle you to a digital certificate worth 1.5 CPD points.
