This event has been designed to support the launch of the British Hospitality Association’s Industry Guide to Good Hygiene Practice: Catering, which features presentations from leading food safety experts.

The Industry Guide to Good Hygiene Practice: Catering is recognised by both the Food Standards Agency (FSA) and Food Standards Scotland (FSS). This publication is designed to provide caterers with guidance on food hygiene law and best industry practice to keep customers and businesses safe.

This event will focus on major updates contained within the guide, and will provide knowledge and understanding of current issues and trends in the hospitality industry.

Guest speakers confirmed for the event include:

-          Euan MacAuslan - Senior Training Advisor for the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea

-          Valerie Tear – Food Safety Consultant and author of Effective Management of Allergens in Catering (available soon)

-          Paul Turner - Principal Environmental Health Officer

Delegates will have the opportunity to network and discuss issues and engage with the speaker panel in our Q&A session.

2. If you notify us of your cancellation more than 2 weeks prior to the event then we will provide a full refund or transfer your booking to an alternative HABC event.

3. If you notify us of your cancellation less than 2 weeks prior to the event then the full cost will be payable.
