2019 Admin Support Event

Highfield's Admin Support events are designed to support new and existing centre staff with the administrative tasks presented to them as one of our centres.


You'll meet a member of our account management team and have the chance to discuss any areas of admin you wish.

 

Topics covered will include:

The role of the administrator

The role of the invigilator

Centre resources and the download area

ID clarification

Plus an interactive demonstration of the members area


Our admin support events are FREE to attend.

Attendance at this event entitles you to 4 CPD points

For quality and monitoring purposes, we currently record all CPD events.

 

It is an absolute pleasure to run events for our customers and there is nothing we like more than to meet up with you on these days. However, we need to maximise attendance and therefore have to charge for late cancellation and non-attendance.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  1. Please send cancellation details to events@highfield.co.uk. We request that delegates inform us of cancellations as soon as possible so that we can attempt to reallocate the place to a person on our waiting list.
  2. If you notify us of your cancellation more than 2 weeks prior to the event then we will provide a full refund or transfer your booking to an alternative Highfield event.
  3. If you notify us of your cancellation less than 2 weeks prior to the event then the full cost will be payable.
  4. Where you have booked a place at an event and do not attend then the full event cost will be payable.
