Registration with refreshments will take place from 08:30 with the conference introduction starting at 09:15.

We estimate a finish time of approximately 16:30. Lunch will be provided during the day.

This conference entitles you to 6 CPD points.

 
Cancellation Policy

This is a chargeable event.

It is an absolute pleasure to run events for our customers and there is nothing we like more than to meet up with you on these days. However, we need to maximise attendance and therefore have to charge for late cancellation and non-attendance.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

1. Please send cancellation details to events@highfield.co.uk. We request that delegates inform us of cancellations as soon as possible so that we can attempt to reallocate the place to a person on our waiting list.

2. If you notify us of your cancellation more than 2 weeks prior to the event then we will provide a full refund or transfer your booking to an alternative Highfield event.

3. If you notify us of your cancellation less than 2 weeks prior to the event then the full cost will be payable.

4. Where you have booked a place at an event and do not attend then the full event cost will be payable.
