As you may be aware, the CIEH has now withdrawn its status as a regulated awarding organisation. We recognise that this is a deeply worrying time for existing CIEH centres, which is why we have developed a new event aimed to support training providers on their next steps.

This event has been designed to introduce delegates to Highfield and provide further information on our values, policies and benefits, as well as guidance and support on our registration process.

The session will also include a food safety update delivered by an expert speaker, focusing on key topics and current issues within the industry.

Areas covered in this event will include:

  • how to switch over from CIEH to Highfield, and our support for you during that process
  • the range of qualifications we offer, and areas for development
  • an introduction to the Highfield team, and some of our subject matter experts
  • how we provide ongoing support to centres
  • associated training materials from Highfield International
  • Highfield e-Learning
  • a food safety topic from subject matter expert Jude Hutchinson

      This event is FREE to attend and is open to not only CIEH customers, but also training providers who would like to find out more about delivering qualifications from Highfield.

Refreshments will be available throughout the day.

It is an absolute pleasure to run events for our customers and there is nothing we like more than to meet up with you on these days. However, we need to maximise attendance and therefore have to charge for late cancellation and non-attendance.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
1. Please send cancellation details to We request that delegates inform us of cancellations as soon as possible so that we can attempt to reallocate the place to a person on our waiting list.
2. If you notify us of your cancellation more than 2 weeks prior to the event then we will provide a full refund or transfer your booking to an alternative HABC event.
3. If you notify us of your cancellation less than 2 weeks prior to the event then the full cost will be payable.
4. Where you have booked a place at an event and do not attend then the full event cost will be payable.
