Thinking about delivering Highfield first-aid qualifications but don’t know where to start? Join us at a Meet Highfield: Focus on First Aid event this December. 

Discover what it means to be a Highfield centre and find out about our company values, policies and benefits. Receive an overview of the full range of first-aid qualifications and training materials Highfield has to offer. We’ll explain how our team will guide you through the process of becoming an approved Highfield centre, how to achieve self-certification (CMA) and much more. 

You’ll be introduced to staff from our account management, external quality support and business development teams and have an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the presentations. There will also be an opportunity to view products, network or start the process of becoming an approved Highfield centre at the end of the event. 

 

The agenda will be as follows:

09:30 – Registration with an opportunity for networking

10:00 – Meet Highfield, why trainers choose us and our first aid provision

10:30 – An overview of the CMA process

11:00 – Using Highfield Central and Simplified course paperwork

11.30 - Q&A panel with the Highfield team

12.00 – networking, product viewing and a chance to sign up with Highfield

12:30 – estimated finish

 

This event is FREE to attend and is open to any training providers not currently delivering first-aid qualifications through Highfield.

 

It is an absolute pleasure to run events for our customers and there is nothing we like more than to meet up with you on these days. However, we need to maximise attendance and therefore have to charge for late cancellation and non-attendance. 

 

Our cancellation policy is as follows:  

1. Please send cancellation details to events@highfield.co.uk. We request that delegates inform us of cancellations as soon as possible so that we can attempt to reallocate the place to a person on our waiting list.  

2. If you notify us of your cancellation more than 2 weeks prior to the event then we will provide a full refund or transfer your booking to an alternative Highfield event.  

3. If you notify us of your cancellation less than 2 weeks prior to the event then the full cost will be payable.  

4. Where you have booked a place at an event and do not attend then the full event cost will be payable.
