UK Hospitality's new industry guide to good hygiene practice for catering

On Tuesday 31 January, Darryl Thomson, Food Safety Consultant for UK Hospitality, will deliver a presentation on the new industry guide to good hygiene practice for catering, recently launched by UK Hospitality.

This latest version of the guide is intended to give advice and guidance to caterers across the UK on how to comply with their legal obligations on the hygiene of foodstuffs, to ensure the safety of the food served to their customers.

During his presentation, Darryl will provide attendees with some background to the guide and the authority it holds, as well as information on:

• what changes have been made to the latest version of the guide

• how UK Hospitality approached making the changes

• the future of the guide and how attendees can influence content

• how to obtain a copy of the guide

Following Darryl’s presentation, there will be a short break and approximately 45 minutes available for a live Q&A.

Attendance on this webinar will entitle you to a PDF certificate worth 1.5 CPD points.
