Quality Assurance Update: IQA Practices

At Highfield, we are continually striving to provide the highest standards of service. Our quality assurance system is designed to both support your centre and ensure that certifications through Highfield are valid and the integrity of our qualifications is maintained.

With this in mind, we would like to confirm that Direct Claim Status and Centre Managed Assessment processes across internally assessed qualifications continue to remain applicable where they previously applied.

IQA Practices

Delivered by our EQS Team here at Highfield, this webinar is designed to support IQAs in their role. This webinar will cover the following topics.

• Developing sampling strategies and sampling plans

• Creating and completing IQA reports

• Supporting assessors

• Standardisation of IQA and assessment practice for qualifications

As always, there will be plenty of time for you to ask any questions you may have during the broadcast.

Be sure to check the system requirements on your device to avoid any connection issues on the day.

You will require google chrome as your default browser and a reliable internet connection in order to access all features of the webinar so we advise using a PC or laptop on the day.

After clicking 'book now' you will be taken to a Go To Webinar registration page to secure your place. Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email from including your unique link to join the webinar on the day.

You must not share your unique webinar link with anyone. Sharing links will result in attendees experiencing audio and visual issues during the presentation.

Only one link can be created per email address. So if you are booking for several attendees, please provide a unique email address for each attendee.

For quality and monitoring purposes, we record all of our webinars and events. By joining, you give consent for this recording and it’s use on external platforms.
