We understand the importance of keeping our customers informed and offering whatever support we can on our updated assessment methods.

We feel we can provide real help and guidance by outlining the information needed when going through the remote observation task in the Customer Service Standard and how this can be achieved successfully. We're holding a free webinar to guide you through Customer Service standards: Remote observations. 

During the webinar on 26 January, our Assessment and Employer Engagement teams will deliver a 40-minute presentation based on their own experiences of good and bad practice. Topics to be covered include: 

• Customer Service Practitioner/Specialist remote option for Practical Observation

• Desk based roles requirements

• Non-desk based roles requirements

• Software requirements

There will be a 20-minute Q&A session after the presentation, putting our experts at your fingertips. 

Be sure to check the system requirements on your device to avoid any connection issues on the day.

You will require Google Chrome as your default browser and a reliable internet connection in order to access all features of the webinar so we advise using a PC or laptop on the day. 

After clicking 'book now' you will be taken to a Go To Webinar registration page to secure your place. Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email from customercare@gotowebinar.com including your unique link to join the webinar on the day.

You must not share your unique webinar link with anyone. Sharing links will result in attendees experiencing audio and visual issues during the presentation.
